Your Infinity kayak comes pre-assembled, so all you need to do is inflate it and fit the seats.

Inflating Your Kayak

1. Remove the kayak from its storage bag and unfold it on a clean surface free of sharp objects.

2. Using the foot pump provided, inflate the main chambers on either side until firm to touch ensuring that you do not exceed the pressure of 0.1 bar (1.5 psi).

3. Inflate the floor chamber until firm to touch ensuring that you do not exceed the pressure of 0.1 bar (1.5 psi).

4. Ensure that all valves are firmly tightened.

Over inflation
Correct pressure will have been reached when the inflation chambers (both main and floor) are firm to touch and resistance can be felt against the foot pump when inflating. NEVER OVER INFLATE. NEVER INFLATE USING A COMPRESSOR, CO2 OR COMPRESSED AIR.

Inflation Values

Main buoyancy and floor chamber inflation valves
To inflate, unscrew smaller valve outlet and attach pump using the appropriate nozzle adapter. To deflate, unscrew larger valve outlet. Once deflated, replace valve outlet and cap and tighten to prevent damage to internal valve components.
Seat pad inflation valves - To inflate, unscrew valve and attach pump.
To deflate unscrew valve.

Caution
Temperature will affect the air pressure of the kayak. Cold conditions could result in some loss of air pressure and should this occur you should add some air (in line with the above inflation guidelines) to maintain performance. Hot conditions could result in the air inside the chambers expanding and increasing pressure. In this case you should let some air out of the chambers (in line with the above inflation guidelines) to avoid over pressure. You should avoid exposing your kayak to extreme temperatures, both hot and cold.
